How do set it up when for example I get in a case of cups. Some will be made and sold as stock designs and already have item and sku numbers to go with our Square POS. Some will be made custom designs.
How do I set up the inventory so that when Inventory Item number MUC21 for 24 is received 1.1.2020 and on 1.3.2020 5 get turned into MUC21-18? Then on 1.10.2020 3 will be turned into MUC21-4?

I already have thousands of items in my quickbooks listed as other. They all need to be moved to Inventory items. Is there a way to do that other than changing each one individually or would it be easier to start fresh this year with a new company and enter them as inventory items.
