I need to know how to downgrade subscription after cancellation, kindly help
Hello,
You cannot downgrade an account if it isn't active. You need to first re-subscribe to the account and whatever level it was at when it was cancelled, THEN you can click downgrade on the Billing and Subscription menu.

It seems that you are using different version of QuickBooks Online. The downgrade option is only available in the US. You can reach out to our support to discuss your plan options.
