Join nowI can't tell if I already posted this question - I thought I did but I'm not seeing it.
I purchased QB Pro 2020 desktop in June 2020. On 7/16/2020, QBSupport charged me $999.99. On 12/22/20, QBSupport again charged me $999.99.
Can anyone give me any insight as to why I was charged 2x for support? I can't figure out who to call to get more info. I'm not seeing anything on my Customer Account page(s), either.

Did you dial to a certain "Support" number? It seems you got scammed. How did you pay them?
Thank you. I'm often working away from my QB computer so I don't think to go through the app to get support. Next time I'm in front of the computer during support hours, I'll call.
