Duplicate charges for QB Support

I can't tell if I already posted this question - I thought I did but I'm not seeing it.

 

I purchased QB Pro 2020 desktop in June 2020. On 7/16/2020, QBSupport charged me $999.99. On 12/22/20, QBSupport again charged me $999.99.

 

Can anyone give me any insight as to why I was charged 2x for support? I can't figure out who to call to get more info. I'm not seeing anything on my Customer Account page(s), either.

I'm here to guide you on how to get to the right support. Your concern needs further verification, that being said, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They have the tools to look into the charges you've been receiving from us and will help you get to the bottom of this.

 

  1. Open your QuickBooks Desktop.
  2. Go to the Help menu and press F1 on your keyboard or select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Select Contact us and follow the on-screen instruction to connect to one of our agents.

 

You may consider checking the support hours so that you'll know the best time to call at your convenience.

Did you dial to a certain "Support" number? It seems you got scammed. How did you pay them?

Thank you. I'm often working away from my QB computer so I don't think to go through the app to get support. Next time I'm in front of the computer during support hours, I'll call.
