I have one QBO account with a file -- call is CompanyA.
I have another QBO account that I would like to set up with the same configuration as CompanyA.
How can I copy the structure (but not the data or entries) from CompanyA to a new file/company in a different QBO account (call it CompanyB)?
Thank you!

I appreciate the clarification that you gave, @josephnyc1.
I'll guide you on how you can transfer your data from company A to Company B. Let's get this started.
Transferring data from one company to another needs to be done one at a time. In this case, you'll have to export the data from the first company to Excel and import them to the second account afterward.
To do that:
After exporting all of your data, you can start importing them to the new QuickBooks Online account. On the gear icon menu, choose Import data then choose the type of data you want to import.
For more tips about the information that you can transfer and on how to import and export them, please you these resources:
Moreover, if you want to transfer your data all at once, you may look for a third-party application that integrates with QuickBooks. You can visit our app store and select the app that will ease the procedure.
Know that I'm just a reply away if there's anything else you need concerning QuickBooks. I'll be glad to help. Take care!
Hi, josephnyc1.
Thanks for posting in the Community. I'd be happy to share some insights about combining two companies in QuickBooks Online. You can log in to your account using two browsers. Then, manually enter the same information from company A to the second one."
Please see this article for more information: Create or add another QuickBooks Online company.

Thank you very much, but I don't want to combine files.
I want to create a new file with the same structure as an existing file -- same chart of accounts, customers, etc.
