Good morning, tried updating quickbooks last night and getting error issues and tried rebuilding data and then it deleted my 2 companies I have in quickbooks - I was able to restore back up but I still can not update quickbooks

First, there are lots of reasons why you're unable to update QuickBooks. These are the following:
I know the fixes needed to get you going. To start, let's run the QuickBooks Tool Hub to resolve errors. Before you begin, make sure to close QBDT.
Here's how to download and run the tool hub:
Once done, reopen QuickBooks and your company file. This time, please ensure to run QBDT as an administrator. To do that, right-click on the QuickBooks icon, and then select Run as administrator.

Thank you got QB to update but I still get not email invoices through gmail - still getting error say password is incorrect which is not - Would like to fix bc then I can see that invoices were emailed

Thank you for providing details on the error message that you get when you try to authorize webmail on your computer.
The error message you stated is from Google Chrome itself. As stated, you can try to enable Less secure app access. You do this so Google will allow the connection with QuickBooks.

I don't have any of these errors - it is saying my password is incorrect - which it is not

Since the steps provided by my colleagues above didn't fix the problem, I'd suggest communicating with our Customer Care Team. They have tools to access your account in a safe environment and investigate the root cause of the problem.

I did all of this and still can not email invoices using gmail

To ensure that this issue gets resolved, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team since none of the solutions above works for you. They have the tools available to securely remote into your computer. This way, they can investigate the matter further, including the installation and dictionary concern that you have.

1. Open QuickBooks.
2. From the Help menu, choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
3. Type Contact Us in the search box. Then, click on Contact Us at the bottom.
4. Select the way you wish to connect with support (Chat, Call back, Etc.).
