One thing that I found helpful is to close out of Quickbooks and restart my computer. After that, I was able to restore the backup without a problem.

Works! Always try closing programs and reboot computer first, it's a lot less work!
If you are getting the error while Restoring the company File as {Restore Failed: Cannot remove log file}
You must try check the Underneath Enlisted Points :
If the error persist even above enlisted points are fine then you should Try to contact.
