Join nowWhen I try to print a completed estimate it wants to print hundreds of pages. After I cancel the print it freezes QB and will not let me back in. I have to end task from the task manager to get out of QB. Any solutions?
A possible data damage might be causing the error when printing the estimates, @StephanieJester.
This can be a result of bad sectors building up in your company file. Let me share some steps with you that can resolve common data issues in QuickBooks.
You can also use the QuickBooks File Doctor if you still have data issues. Please open this article and follow the steps on how to use it: Fix company file and network issues with QuickBooks File Doctor.
Aside from that, you can also use the repair tool if you're still getting the same result after performing the troubleshooting steps above.
I'm always here to help if you have any other concerns or questions. Just tag my name in the comment section and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
I have tried all of the suggestions that you made and I am still having the same issue with printing off an estimate. I did the data rebuild and verify. I also ran everything within the tools hub and I also repaired the program. I did a print preview (as not to waste paper) and it prepares 4444 more or less pages and once its complete it still freezes up the program.
I appreciate you taking the time to reach us back, StephanieJester.
