It's my pleasure to assist you today.
You can run a report for Transaction Detail by Account and filter the Transaction Type to show only the estimates and the Posting status to non-posting.
Here's how:
- Click the Reports menu.
- Choose Accountant & Taxes.
- Click Transaction Detail by Account.
- Click Customize Report.
- Click the Filters tab.
- Enter Transaction Type.
- Choose Estimate.
- Click OK.
On the other note, there isn't an option to remove the rate and the total column from your Estimate screen. I'd suggest sending a feature request to have this option added in QuickBooks Desktop.
Here's how:
- Choose the Help menu.
- Click Send Feedback Online.
- Select Product Suggestion.
- Enter your feature request.
- Click Send Feedback.
To check for the new available features in QuickBooks Desktop, you can follow the steps below:
- Go to Help.
- Click New Features.
- Choose What's New/New Feature Tour.
