I just got off the phone with support and she said this has been going on since last night and she said support has been slammed with calls. I had to open the file by right clicking and running as an administrator and it would open and let me update. She said she wasn't sure if it was a QB update or a Windows but it's a problem.

Allow me to help you locate your company file, RevoluSun.
Open your computer folder and do a wildcard search for all of your company files. Type one of the following into the search bar. Make sure to include the asterisk (*) to ensure the search works correctly.
Once the file is found, take note of the file's location. However, if the file is not found, you'll want to contact an IT professional for them to help you locate your company file.
