Free QuickBooks when filed taxes with TurboTax??

how do I get this free quickbooks included when filing self-employed taxes?  this is the third year I received it but no instructions on how to use it, can you assist?

The instructions below are sure to help you activate your free QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).

1. Go to https://selfemployed.intuit.com/turbotax.
2. Sign up using your TurboTax User ID and Password.
