Hello, I need to change my company phone number, but the only way to do it is to receive a text messsage or phone call to our old phone number, which we no longer use.

There's a need to call support to change support in changing the contact information. Especially if you no longer have access to the old phone number.

Did you receive an error while trying to get in touch? Let's use the QuickBooks Online test drive and contact support from there.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Help icon.
2. Select Talk to a human.
3. Enter "Talk to a human" again in the search bar.
4. Choose I still need a human, then click Contact us.
5. Select Get a callback or Send a message to start a conversation.
