Hello, I try to reach the chat function from QBO but it seems not active anymore. Is that possible? Is there still a live service?

Please know that our live chat support option is still active and working. Our Customer Care Team is available from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time. Although, there are times that you may experience a longer wait time during busy seasons due to the high volumes of chats that received.
Aside from messaging, you can also utilize the Get a callback option. This way, our next available expert can contact you at your convenience. Here's how to do it:
Go to the Help icon.
Select Talk to a human.
Enter "Talk to a human" again in the search bar.
Choose I still need a human, then click Contact us.
Select Get a callback.
