Hi I’ve been with QuickBooks for a long time and I always renew with your discount offers. I’ve been looking at my billing and I’ve always been charged the full amount,

I am not sure what kind of discount rate did they offer you in the past. As far as I know, Intuit (thru partner) only offers a perpetual discount to renew QB Desktop Enterprise. You may purchase a new blank QBO account with the same email address and migrate data from current account.
