How can I get banking transactions to download automatically?

It appears we have to manually activate the download from the bank. I know some businesses get their downloads automatically. Is this controlled by the bank or can we make this happen?

It's a bank thing.  In fact, many of the banks I work with have to hit the update button EVERY time.
