Thanks for reaching out to the QuickBooks Community. I can provide some insight into the Unexpected Internal Error (-30102).
After researching this issue further, I discovered that there's an on-going investigation (INV-51855) with this error. This means that other users of QuickBooks are having the same problem. Our Product Engineers are working hard to get this resolved as soon as possible.
The best way to receive updates on this investigation is by contacting our Customer Support Team. They can add you to a list of affected users so that you can get updates via email on this matter. Here's how:
If you hit the Help icon and it brings you to a QB Assistant, then type the investigation number in there. Here's an article that may come in handy for your business: Set up and print deposit slips.
