Thanks for joining in on this thread. We hate to see you cancel your account and leave. However, canceling your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription is a simple process. All you need to do is go through your Billing and Subscription menu.
Here's how:
Afterward, we'll send an email to the account administrator that confirms the cancelation. You can also review this link to find the steps above, plus what happens to your data after your cancel.
