How do i contact tech support

Cannot access my account and have been trying all week to contact tech support. The message window never goes through, the web links only goes around in a circle and no one answers the phone.

Hi Shakey_dude,

 

I know how important it is for you to have access to your account. I'll help you get back on track.

 

I'd go with Fiat Lux - ASIA's idea of using a private or incognito browser. This step will disable your browser's extensions and stops the cache from saving your browsing data. The cache, on the other hand, stores those data to speed up the reloading process when you revisit a page. However, a full one could cause unusual behaviors like a non-loading page or unresponsive buttons.

 

Check out these shortcut keys to open a private or incognito browser:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • MS Edge and Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

If you can log in, you'll want to go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. If not, try other browsers to see if this only happens to the one you use. You may also contact our QBO Support after doing the steps above.

Thank you for finally replying. If I go on the web I can access the account. If i try to access it from my phone it gives me the error that quickbooks has stopped. I have reloaded the app twice and did as you said and clear the cache. None of that worked.

The troubleshooting steps shared by my colleague JessT above are for web browser issues. Since you're having difficulties accessing your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account through the mobile app, let's clear the app data in your mobile device settings. These are temporary files that can cause issues if the app saves too much of them.

 

If you're using an iOS device, please follow the steps below:

 

  1. From your device's Settings, select Setting General iPhone Storage.
  2. Choose an app that's taking up a lot of space. Then, tap Offload App to free up the storage without deleting the documents and data.

 

However, if you're working on an Andriod device, here's how:

 

  1. Go to your device's Settings, then tap Apps.
  2. Select QuickBooks app from the list and tap Storage, then select clear data.

 

If the issue persists, you can consider uninstalling and reinstalling the QuickBooks app.

I have been using the app for over 2 yrs without an issue on the same android device. All the solutions that you suggested have already been tried and none of them have worked.

Please tell me how do I get in contact with the agent that is suppose to help me. None of your support message links work and the phone just rings out.

Aside from chatting our support team, you have another option to contact our support team. You can request for a Get a callback. From there, you can set a call back so that our QuickBooks Support Team can discuss the concerns with you.  

 

To contact our support, here's how:    

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company. Then click Help (?).  
  2. Click Talk to a human.  
  3. Choose Talk to a human.  
  4. Enter your concern.  
  5. You can select Get a callback.

I have signed in and  NONE of the drop menus haven't given me the option to speak to a person. I have tried to leave a message on the help messages that DOESNT register. I have gone through all of the online automation assistance that just go around in a circle.

NONE of the replies on this forum have given me any thing that works.

The telephone number is NEVER answered. Your customer support in my opinion is seriously lacking

@Shakey_dude    There is NO phone number for you to call.  That's why you have to REQUEST a callback.  However, what no one is telling you, is that in order for it to allow you to request a callback, you have to have just the right words typed in the box.  

 

Click HELP (?)

Talk to a human

Type in what you need. (I have type nothing more that the word "Stupid", to get it to let me request a callback) 

Click on Get help from a human

 

From there, it SHOULD let you get that callback.  (It will take hours to get that, btw)

Goodday i am experiancing similair issue i can not access my app nor on my desktop , it logs in but sits with the loading icon , 4 days now trying to connect with support no luck, is there any way of contacting support direct its last day of the month i need to send my invoices out
