How do I fix Unexpected Internal Error. (-30102). Wont let me print deposits

You've got me here to assist you with your concern today, @steve198.

The best method for handling unexpected errors in QuickBooks Online is to try accessing your account on a private window and print the deposit from there. This helps verify if the problem has something to do with your browser.

Web-based platforms like QBO collect cache files (cookies) to save you time when loading repetitive data and images. These files can often become outdated or corrupted, causing issues like the error that you received.

You can utilize these keyboard shortcuts to open a private window:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If you're now able to print your deposits successfully, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Clearing them out usually resolves these issues and loads a fresh copy of your data.

To give you more insights about the browsers that work best with QBO, you can always scan through this link: Find out what computer and browser you need for the best QuickBooks experience.

Keep me posted on how these steps work for you, @steve198. I'll be right here to help if there's anything else that you need. Wishing you well.
