Hi there, @Charles. I'd be glad to help you print your saved checks in QuickBooks Online.

Previously, there was an option where you could simply click on Saved and print when creating checks. However, this feature has been removed due to recent updates. But don't worry, you can still select Print check right after creating a check in the Check window. Doing this will automatically save the transaction and route you to the Print Checks section.

For check transactions you've already saved, you can print them in by going to the Expenses menu. Let me show you how:

  1. Go to the Expenses menu and select Expenses.
  2. Look for the check transaction, then click Print check under the Action column.
  3. Select Preview and print.
  4. Click Print and then Done.

Moreover, you can use the Print checks feature in QuickBooks to directly print your checks.

For additional reference about printing checks and setting up your print settings, you can check out this article: Configure your print settings for printing checks in QBO.
