how to transfer the data from SPS COMMERCE system to Quickbook Desktop

Hey there, @TERESA Guardian,

Welcome and thanks for taking the time to post here in the Community. I can share some information about importing files in QuickBooks Desktop.

Before anything else, may I know what specific transactions are you trying to transfer into our software? Knowing this information will help me provide an accurate solution for you to successfully sync your data.

There are a few ways to import your information from your SPS COMMERCE system into QuickBooks. First, you can import them manually through MS Excel files. Here are the file types and formats that you can bring in to the program:

To import the data:

  1. Log in to the new account, then click on the Gear icon at the upper right.
  2. Under Tools, choose Import Data.
  3. Select the type of data that you'd like to import.
  4. Click Browse to select a file to be imported.
  5. Click on the Next button until finished.

To check for the detailed steps on importing each data format, please check out this article: Import/export overview

Another option is using a third-party app to transfer your files. You may want to visit our Intuit Marketplace for list of applications that you can use for bringing data in or out of QuickBooks.

Don't hesitate to let me know if you have any questions. Cheering you to continued success.
