Hi, daniel-radiomar-!
Thank you for getting back to us and providing us with details. I'm here to help you get the support you need with trying to duplicate lines in an estimate in QuickBooks Online.
Here's how to duplicate an estimate:
If you encounter an error 1000, this error can be caused by stored temporary internet files in the system. I have included a couple of steps to resolve this error for the browser and the QBO app.
Here are the instructions for all supported browsers on clearing cache and temporary internet files.
If you're still having issues, or have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach back out anytime. I'm only a post away and will be happy to help you out. Take care!
Hi.
I have cleaned the history on my browser but still have error when trying to duplicate lines in an estimate. I create the estimate and I place the first line with date, description, amount, etc. And then press save. Then I use Hold CTRL and move the line to create a copy and then when I press Save, the modification is not save and I see error "Something's not quite right: An application error has occurred while processing your request : 10000" on the top.
Good morning, @daniel-radiomar-.

Since these steps didn't work, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team. They have more advanced tools to help walk you through some additional instructions to fix this problem. Here's how:
Afterward, you'll receive an estimated time of when they'll get in touch with you.
Let me know how the phone call goes. I want to make sure that you're able to get back on track as soon as possible. I'm only a few clicks away if you need me. The Community and I are always here to have your back. Have a wonderful day!
Yes, I just want to duplicate line in an invoice not the whole invoice. Seems this post was backed to 2021, but it never updated. I am a pretty new user of QBO since 2024, just fount out it is hard to expect the updates from QBO engineering team, even the very nice agents tell us our inquiries have been sent to the developer
