Let’s rule out a possible browser issue, @julieapen.
Allow me to share some insights and how to get around this issue.
Cache stored for a while causes uncommon issues to the browser that hindrance the performance of QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. To verify this, let’s open your account on a private window (incognito).
You can use these keyboard shortcuts for reference:
- For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
- For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
- For Safari browser: Command + Option + P
Once opened, try to print your payroll reports again. If you’re able to print your reports, then we’ll need to clear your regular browser’s cache. This will make your browser to function efficiently and prevents unusual behavior in the future.
If you're still unable to print your reports, try using other browsers to see and check if this a browser-integrated issue.
Furthermore, I’m adding this link that can guide you through the steps in case you need to export your reports to Excel: Export your reports to Excel from QuickBooks Online.
Let me know if there’s anything else you need help with managing your reports in QBO. I’ll be right here ready to assist you. Have a good one!
