Thank you for alerting us about this error message, @tothepenny.
We don't receive any reported issues about customers getting error 350 when trying to connect the Wells Fargo bank. Usually, this happens when QuickBooks fails to connect with the bank or bank’s credit card server. And this is due to the following causes:
- your financial institution’s server that is under maintenance evoking the error.
- the QuickBooks’ permission to connect on the bank's website is removed.
- it's been 90 days since you last granted permission.
To resolve the issue, you will need to provide the required consent to connect your bank account. Or, you can reconnect your account through these steps:
- Open your QuickBooks Online account, then select Banking at the left pane.
- Choose the blue bank square for the account you need to reconnect.
- Tap the Sign in link.
- Enter the user ID and password you use to sign in to your bank's website.
- Select the accounts you want QuickBooks to download transactions from. Then select Continue.
- When you're ready, select Update to get the latest transactions from your bank.
You can also perform the instructions provided from this link in case you encounter the same error after doing the steps above: What to do if you see a bank error or bank transactions won’t download.
