I cant seem to set up Tax - I get this error when i click the "Next" button on the Agencies page. " An application error has occurred while processing your request"

This might be the reason why you're getting an error message. We can fix this by accessing your account using a private browser since it doesn't store data in the cache. Here are the following keyboard shortcuts:

• Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
• Safari: Command + Shift + N 
• Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P 

If you can access the taxes page without getting an error, I recommend to go back your their regular browser and clear the cache. This removes the stored cache files and gets a clean slate in the browser. Otherwise, you can use other supported browsers.

Just tried using private browser chrome and firefox - The same exact thing happens.
