Let's figure out if this has something to do with excessive cache files in your browser, userjason1.
This might be the reason why you're getting an error message. We can fix this by accessing your account using a private browser since it doesn't store data in the cache. Here are the following keyboard shortcuts:
If you can access the taxes page without getting an error, I recommend to go back your their regular browser and clear the cache. This removes the stored cache files and gets a clean slate in the browser. Otherwise, you can use other supported browsers.
If the problem continues, I'd suggest reaching out to our Customer Care Support team so they can further investigate this issue and troubleshoot it for you.

Just tried using private browser chrome and firefox - The same exact thing happens.

The problem Solved it self tonight nothing done differently
You have clicked a link to a site outside of the QuickBooks or ProFile Communities. By clicking "Continue", you will leave the community and be taken to that site instead.
