Once you cancel your QBO account, you'll still be able to access them in a specific time frame. You can log back into your account to export data file again.

You can reach them by following these steps:
- Click the Help tab at the top menu bar.
- Select Contact us.
- Enter necessary information.
- Choose how you want to reach out to support.
