We are having the same error message as of this past Monday. Did you ever get this error message fixed, and if you did, what fixed it? We have verified and rebuilt our company file 4 times till it shows zero errors and we are still getting this error message

Thanks for notifying us of your concern, @Srf78. Let me outline some steps to fix the error message you're getting in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).

I appreciate you utilizing Verify and Rebuild to initiate fixing the issue. If your QBDT is on its latest release and you're still getting the error message, we can repair the program using the QuickBooks Tool Hub. For an optimal experience, we recommend using the most recent version (1.6.0.3) on Windows 10, 64-bit.

Here's how to install it:

  1. Close QBDT.
  2. Download the most recent version (1.6.0.3) of the QuickBooks Tool Hub and save the file somewhere you can locate it easily.
  3. Open the file (QuickBooksToolHub.exe).
  4. Follow the on-screen procedures to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
  5. Then, double-click on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.

If the problem persists, it's best to reach out to our customer support team for further assistance. They have the ability to raise an investigation regarding this matter if necessary.

Additionally, use reports to see inventory status and performance.

Let me know in the comments below whenever you have further concerns about inventory. We're always around to help. Stay safe and have a great day ahead!
