Hi, my QuickBooks issue is still not resolved, your engineers are logged in as my account so you can resolve this but its still not fixed, been three weeks plus now I think. I've been told a few times now that it will be fixed within the next three days and its still not working? My account needs to get in soon, so your engineers need to come out! But I need this fixed.
I will ask again, when will it be fixed as this is getting rediculous now..?

@user31831 , You don't seem to be understanding that this is a USER forum. We all are just customers of QB, except those that specify "team Member".
In order to get the information or answers that you are requesting, you need to contact Intuit. NO ONE here can access your account. We are customers of Intuit, just like you.
Contact QB/ Intuit. They will have access to yor account and maybe have answers to your question.
