I've tried multiple times to get chat help. Every time I get assigned a case and it says I'll get help in 5 min., then it sits there. Is there an email or phone number?

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern.
  4. Click Let’s talk.
  5. Choose Get a callback
  6. Type in your contact info.
  7. Select Confirm my call.

I've never had anyone from QBO contact

after I get a case number and it says we

will contact you in 5 minutes.  Never.

It's important to make sure that when contacting support you do so during hours of operation so you receive a call back in a timely manner, you can check the support hours here.
