Images not attached in Invoices

Whenever I fill out an invoice I like to attach images of the work complete before and after. However, whenever I go into the invoices, the images are never there when you click on the invoice link. How can I make sure that my customers are seeing the images I include instead of me having to send them via text or email afterwards? It doesn’t make sense to say you can include an attachment only to not have the attachment included.

Images not attached in Invoices

Hello, premierhomehandy. I’m pleased to help you see the attachments on your invoice using QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Before sending invoices, make sure to review the attached photos on the Attachments page. Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon.

2. Click the Attachments under the Lists column.

3. Check if the attached images are there.

If the option appears, you can go back to a regular browser and ensure to clear its cache. A full cache can sometimes cause unexpected page behavior. You can also try using a different supported browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge.

After following the steps above, on your invoice page, ensure to tick the Attach to email box before sending the invoice. I also suggest sending a test invoice to your email address and opening the invoice link to ensure the image attachment is there.
