I just signed up for QB Online and have two different companies.
I had no problem moving the first company over from my Mac 2019 desktop version but the second company is giving and error that the data can't be imported. I tried rebuilding to no avail. Help!
Did you encounter any error message? Make sure your Total Targets < 350K prior to proceed.

I did setup the company in advance as I figures that out on the first one!
On the MaC side it says the file is ready and then it starts to do the transfer. About 30 seconds in I get and email stating the following
I'm getting Verify Data errors
You may have 3 options to resolve it:
1. Run the Verify/Rebuild Data utility
2. Contact Intuit Data Service
3.Purchase a 3rd party file recovery service.
Not very helpful

Is there a way to do a manual import of data and bypass the auto import?
I fortunately do not update this company on a regular basis so just closed out 2019 and do not have 2020 data entered as of yet so also thought I could just bring in beginning balances for balance sheet account and start fresh.
Suggestions?

I am taking over for an account that is currently on QB Mac desktop - I downloaded the free trial version and currently have been trying to convert to OB Online. It will not work. Message said to call support and then support said to hang up. I just need the data out of QB MAC asap.
Does the fact that I am running trial version stop me from doing this?
