Join nowThe problem I'm running into is inventory management. I use QBO for invoices and Square for inventory and in-store sales. I have downloaded the app and synced the two. I have imported my inventory from Square to Quickbooks via .csv file. However, when I create an invoice in Quickbooks, the quantity of the product sold is not reflected in Square. Does anyone have any suggestion or insights? TIA.

Hi there, Nicole_P.
I can help you share some insights about Sync with Square app.
This is a one-way integration that imports your transactions from the Square into Quickbooks but not from QuickBooks into the Square. With that said, I recommend contacting Square support team so they can check if there's a way to get the quantity of the product sold be reflected in Square.
