Hello, Is there a way to add the invoice total to the first page? We added a box that says balance due, but the dollar amount is still only showing on the last page of the invoice. I know there is a way to show only on the last page, but we want the balance due to show on the front page as well.
Please help! it looks funky to have the box hat says balance due, then no dollar amount.

I'd be glad to help you go over to your invoice template and show the total on the first page.
You may want to make sure that the option to Only show Total on the last page is not selected. This way, the invoice total will show on the first page.

@RoseMarjorieA I've stumbled across a similar problem, though the opposite of the original poster. I have a 2-page invoice that is showing the Total box on both pages, but only shows the dollar amount on the 2nd page (i.e. the Total box on the first page is empty). I'd like to get rid of the Total box on the first page, but my Additional Customization screen does not show the tick box for "Only show Total on the first page" like in your screenshot. I have QB 2019 and it seems to be up to date. Any idea why mine isn't showing that tick box? Thanks for any help.

I'd like to help provide additional details about the total box on your invoice.
If you're using QuickBooks Pro/Premier, the option for Only show Total on the last page is currently unavailable. By default, the total dollar amount will only show on the last page of your invoice (Total box on the rest of the pages will be empty).
The add on customization for showing total amounts on each page is only available if you're using the Enterprise edition.

ok, thanks @LilyC . Having empty Total boxes on every page really doesn't look professional to me - how do I suggest to add that feature to future updates of QB Pro?
