If I create an invoice on quickbooks, I get a webhook for the invoice creation. But at the same time, I don't get a webhook for customer update.
Is there any bug in quickbooks or this is how it happens? Currently I am taking the customer id from invoice to update the customer's balance.
For CDC, after creating invoice, I get customer, invoice as well as accounts data. But the same does not happen on webhook.
Hello there, swapnil10589.
We haven't received any reports regarding Webhooks and QuickBooks Online intergration issues. I'd recommend contacting the Webhooks' support team to see if they have an ongoing website maintenance that's causing the unexpected errors.
Aside from that, you can visit this links related to Webhooks and QuickBooks integrations:
You can also post your concern in the Intuit Developer forum page. We have developers, engineers, and other QuickBooks users who are also using the program. They might be able to share their ideas and how to fix the issue:

Consider this scenario -->
If an Invoice was created on quickbooks, we get a webhook about the invoice. At the same time, that invoice is dissociated with a customer, who's balance updates with the creation of invoice.
Since the balance is updated, shouldn't it generate an "update" operation webhook for customer?
In conclusion, creating an invoice, should generate two webhooks, right?

Consider this scenario -->
On quickbooks, an invoice was created for customer "A", which generates a "create" webhook for invoice.
With the creation of the invoice, customer "A" balance is updated. Shouldn't this generate an "update" webhook for customer?
