I have found that my sales rep tend to skip over the field when a "1" is automatically entered. They used to remember it being blank, which forced them to fill in with the correct quantity (usually never a "1"). Not sure if something changed with an update? I'll just have to tell them to be more diligent. Thank you so much for your reply.
