Is the QB-Pro Desktop Annual Fee Required?

I want to upgrade to QBPro 2021 Desktop. Is the annual fee a requirement or is this for online services? I am only interested in using QBPro 2021 on my local computer and don't need any online services.

Is the QB-Pro Desktop Annual Fee Required?

You can purchase the one time license of QB Desktop Pro. Make sure don't purchase QB Desktop Pro Plus to avoid the renewal requirement.
