When the new Job Costing tab was made available, I was able to enter rates for employees. I have a new employee and when I try to click on the "add" it will not allow me to enter a rate. I have cleared cookies and cashe, also tried the app and different browsers with no success,
I checked our list or reported issues and found a similar concern as yours. With this, I recommend reaching out to our customer support team. They'll add your account to the list of affected users so you'll receive email updates once resolved.

From the Help icon indicated with a question mark, select Contactus.
Enter your concern that you can't enter hourly rates to your employees on the Projects page.
Then, click Let's talk.
