Try using the TAB button to get to the needed button! I too failed a screen share for help. I don't think my rep even found this...
WHY is this ONE screen fixed and immovable?!? Also no max/min button...unlike every other screen on QB :/

As per Rea_M above, the window is fixed and immovable. This means that you can see the tabs or menus needed at a glance without enlarging or manipulating the page. However, I can see that you need a Maximize or Minimize button to customize the appearance of the window. For now, you can use the Feedback feature to send this idea directly to our engineering team.
