lost data

I just upgraded my IMac desktop OS,  Not until upgrade was complete was I notified that my QB would no longer work.  I have now upgraded to the QB online but cannot access the old (2015) version to recover my data.  I have done backups, but for some reason none of those shows anywhere.  I'm in a real bind.

Let me share with you insights on how you can retrieve your lost data. Once a computer is hard reset, it will be uneasy for you to retrieve the files. However, you may want to reach your IT professional to recover your company file data in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).

 

Here's how:

  1.  From the Help menu, select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. Click Contact us.
  3. Enter your concern about can't open company file.  
  4. Press Let's talk.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us.  
  • Start a chat 
  • Get a call
