Hi, @kvanacoro. If you want to migrate to QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), first delete the data in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and then migrate again.

If your company data is older than 90 days, you can no longer delete it, but you may rewrite the data.

Moving your data from QuickBooks Online (QBO) to QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) requires a specific migration tool.

Instead, I recommend using a 30-day free trial to facilitate the conversion.

First, follow these steps within your QBO account:

1. Sign in to QBO and navigate to the Export Overview page.
2. Select Get Started, then click Download tool.
3. Open the file to begin the installation, then click Next.
4. Accept the license agreement terms and select Next.
5. Click Install, and then select Finish.

Once the tool is installed, you can begin the export process:

1. On the Prepare to export page (Step 1), click Continue.
2. Choose the specific data you wish to move and select Continue.
3. On the Request your data page (Step 3), click Continue.
4. Enter your Name and Email address, then hit Continue.
5. Return to the Export Overview page and follow the migration instructions under Step 1, then click Continue.
6. On the Exporting from QuickBooks Online page, select Continue to Download, then choose Download QBXML file.
7. Save this file directly to your desktop and click Continue.
