Join nowI have been using multicurrency for many years with no issue. I am on Enterprise 2020 and all my customers, vendors bank accounts that were originally set up as CAD accounts changed to USD (my home currency) by themselves when this option is greyed out and in any case is not supposed to be possible per Quickbooks. Does anyone know how to fix this. Also I have not been able to contact support. There is no phone number to call and when I start a chat I get a blank screen where no one answers.
Your best bet would be to use a 3rd party service to remove the multi-currency and then set it up again as per your requirement. PM if you need some recommendations.

When you turn on the Multi-currency feature, your home currency will be assigned to all existing customers and vendors. The option to change the currency for names that already have transactions recorded to them is unavailable.
You can also assign a foreign currency to your customers, vendors, and accounts but limited to one per name. To do so, please refer to this article: Set up and use Multicurrency.
