New Window has not been working for me for a couple weeks ~ ???

One of the most frustrating things I have with QbO - among many - is not being able to manage multiple windows while working.  Keeping them all from timing out but needing to move from one to the other to accomplish many clean-up bits is annoying but necessary.

For the last couple of weeks, when I click on the Accountant Tools/New Window, nothing happens.  

 

Can anyone tell me why/what happened and how to fix it???

Thanks for stopping by the Community today. I have a few troubleshooting steps for you to try. 

  1. Restart your browser.
  2. Clear your browser's cache.
  3. Add Intuit as a trusted site.

By completing these steps, you're wiping the slate clean and allowing your browser to trust intuit moving forward. In many cases people have issues with their windows because the browser doesn't recognize Intuit.

 

If these steps don't work you can also try using your QuickBooks account in an incognito window. This often bypasses the cookies and cache that can cause issues in normal window browsing.

I am having the same issue.  I have tried EVERYTHING (clearing cache, icognito, trusted site, three different types of browsers).  NOTHING is working!  I wish someone could help me!  It is REALLY slowing me down.

Have you found a solution?  Mine hasn't been working since end of last week and it is really slowing me down.  I have tried all the suggestions with clearing caches, trusted sites, icognito, and several different web browsers.  Nothing has worked for me.

At this time, I'd recommend reaching out to our Phone Support team. An agent can do a screen-share with you and verify why you're unable to manage multiple windows.

None of the steps offered did me any good.  Today it just started working again... anyone agree that someone actually read my problem and just fixed it?  About what I expect from Intuit ~
