Print preview of imported custom invoice

When I get to step three (print preview) while importing my custom invoice, the area where I am supposed to preview is blank. Help??

I have tried on Chrome and Explorer with the same results.

Print preview of imported custom invoice

Greetings, @Penny10.

Let's get this sorted out.

Clearing your browsing data will help clear the data that has been stored over some time. This will allow QuickBooks to load as a new page and remove any errors or glitches that may be standing in the way. Here's how:

Note: Let's try Google Chrome since QuickBooks was made around Chrome.

  1. Go to the three vertical dots (menu button) in the top right-hand corner of the browser.
  2. Select History and then History.

      3. Press Clear browsing data.

      4. Choose the "Time Range" for All time, then click Clear data.

It's that simple. I also recommend looking into this article about importing custom form styles.

If you run into any trouble along the way, let me know. I want to make sure that I get you back on track to running your business. Have a splendid day!

I cleared the browsing history and still no luck.

I would happily tag you but don't know how.  I also commented on the other thread.
