printing issues With Desktop2019


I am unable to print paystubs since updating to Desktop2019.Error msg states that this version does not have Times New Roman. I cannot e-mail, or save them to PDF either. The box that pops up states: Intuit Printer Library, The form you are about to print specifies the font (Times New Roman), which is not installed on the version. You may wish to install it. Click ok to print anyway or cancel to skip.  When you click ok it prints out a blank page.  It will not save to PDF file, I cannot save to one note or even e-mail them without the error popping up.  I have tried changing the font on the printer to no avail.  I'm desperate here! My employees need their paystubs.  Any advice would be appreciated.
