I've been having an ongoing issue where Paypal transactions aren't importing to Quickbooks online. For over FOUR MONTHS I've been told QBO engineers are "working on it"
Anyone else have this problem?

Yes, we've received reports regarding this unexpected behavior when your bank feeds won't update in QuickBooks Online. Our Online Banking Team is currently working with your bank to resolve this issue. I recommend getting in touch with us so you'll be added to the notification list. Here's how:
Rest assured that updates will be given to you once this gets resolved. From there, your PayPal account should be updated. Meanwhile, you can manually import your transactions into QuickBooks Online.

Yes, I've talked to people at this link several dozen times over the past few months. Each time they say that they're "working on it" but can't give any further details. I was "added to the email list" several times, but have never received an email
Also, we've tried the manaul upload, but that's not a good solution because it doesn't capture all fields that we need, like transaction number

I’ve already “talked to a human” several times, and been assured that I was added to the notification list. However, I’ve never received any notifications.
So, there seems to be a communication problem.
