I’ve all but given up on this company/software. I never get any resolution to anything. The Project feature is still not working. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve contacted support. They always say the same thing “Rest assured our engineers are working on the case blah blah blah “. The only thing I get is the stupid follow up emails so they can close out the ticket. I’m searching for another software to use. I’ve confirmed that Quickbooks is nothing more than a scam money grab. They charge you like clockwork but you can’t even talk to a live person when you need one. I’ve concluded the only way to get my money back from this scam company is to take legal action.
