I am new to QB online (again!) and am very frustrated! I took the time to set up all my income accounts but when I do an invoice the only options I get are for Sales or Hours!! How does this generate the correct P&L if it does not show the proper income account????
The item determines which account is posted to, as long as you have the account created in the chart of accounts and you select that account on the item screen, that item will post to that account when sold
