I'm here to help ensure your updated logo will show on both the invoice and in reports, @husseinchabani.
It could be that this issue is caused by your regular browser's settings or old cache. To help isolate the problem, I'd recommend you sign in to your QBO account using a private browser.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
If it works, go back to your main browser and clear the cache to remove temporary internet files on your computer.
You can also use other supported browsers if private browsing doesn’t work.
For future reference, read through this article: Customize Your Invoices, Estimates, and Sales Receipts in QuickBooks Online. It helps you learn about creating attractive, and professional-looking sales forms to boost the image of your business.
I'm always around here to help if you have additional questions or need more help in updating your company logo. Take care.
Hi there, @husseinchabani.
I appreciate the things you've done to fix the unmatched logo on your sales forms and business reports. Allow me to share another method to fix it.
Let's start by using an incognito browser and change the company logo back to the previous one. Once done, save the new one again and click the refresh icon on the browser. Then, check the reports if the new logo is there. If it's still showing the old one, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team to check further what has caused this issue.
Here are the shortcut keys to access private window:
I've added an article for more details about updating the logo: Add, customize, or remove logos on sales forms.
Feel free to tag my name in the comment section if you have other questions. I'd be happy to answer them for you. Enjoy the rest of your day!
