Join nowQB Premier 2016 crashes every now and then. In an enviroment with 10 users QB is running on a Windows Server 2016 which is not a DNS server. The errors on the Event Viewer are:
-The description for Event ID 1 from source SQLANY 16.0 cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

I have installed all latest updates. QB can be working fine for a whole week and then it will just randomly crash.

The service for QuickBooks Desktop 2016 has been discontinued on June 1, 2019. You'll want to upgrade to the latest version of the software. You can refer to this article about QuickBooks Desktop service discontinuation policy and upgrade information.
