I have been trying to fix this for over 10 days and Quickbooks support has been the worst. I should be charging them! I had and old account user ID which THEY never changed when I switched to a new business. Well, now I had to wipe my computer because of a Windows 10 issue and reinstall everything. I was able to save my files. My QB desktop file won't open with the password so I try to reset the password. Problem is, I go to do that and my old email is the USER ID. I have to put my old biz email in to reset and then it sends it to the OLD email address. I have updated in my accounts.intuit.com my new email address but it STILL sends t
