Join nowHi! My boss's QB app on her iPhone keeps notifying her that we have overdue invoices from more than a year ago, but we don't have any overdue invoices from over a year ago! I went online to QBO and there are no unpaid invoices from 2019 but she keeps getting these notifications on her phone. Could somebody please advise any thoughts on this?

It could be that there's too much cache accumulated in his QuickBooks Mobile App. This is why she keeps getting notifications on her phone. Let me share with you the steps on how they can fix it. This way, they can get rid of it.
First, let's clear their app data.
In the QuickBooks Online app:
In their device Settings:
If they're still getting the notifications, try restarting their phone. Then, uninstall and reinstall the app.

@ReymondO Thanks. I had the same problem: QBO iPhone app was mis-stating my outstanding invoices, claiming an invoice that had been deleted was not only still outstanding, but falsely stating it had been sent to the client! After a moment of panic, checking online, I confirmed that the invoice had in fact been deleted, had not been sent, and that QBO app was providing me with false and incorrect information. Your steps were the solution, but only to that immediate problem.
Yet this situation points to a much larger problem with Quickbooks. That has not been solved.
The QBO iPhone app is now proven to be unreliable. I now can no longer rely on it to provide me with accurate and actionable information about my business. I cannnot trust that what the QBO iPhone app is reporting to me is correct. If it is failing to completely synch with my data online, it will not tell me that, but instead, it will provide me with false information. Anytime I look at it, I must challenge it and question whether it is correct. "Is this right? Is it correct? Can I act on it? Or must I confirm it online first?"
This is NOT what I want from my accounting system. I want it to be reliable. I want it to be trustworthy in accurately reporting my accounting information.
I expect my accounting system to inform me if it's having a problem connecting with my accounting information. I expect it to be transparent that it has had a failed connection. That's understandable -- stuff happens, connections are lost, caches need to be emptied, etc.
What's not understandable and unacceptable is my accounting system falsely presenting information as if it were current and accurate. If your iPhone app developers don't know how to do this, they should hire someone who does.
Quickbooks' reputation with me has taken another huge hit. Please get to your development folks with this feedback.
Thanks. My client was having the same problem, and I BARELY caught him in time to keep him from DELETING those transactions.
